Sheep and Dog

Privacy Policy

Effective October 6, 2026

In short: Sheep and Dog never asks anyone for their name, email, photos or anything else personal. To learn which levels are fun and which are too hard, it sends us an anonymous record of how the game is played. There are no ads, no accounts, and nothing is sold or shared.

This policy is for the Sheep and Dog game for iPhone and iPad, made by Vildan Akchurin ("we"). It explains what the game collects while it is played, why, and what you can do about it.

What the game collects

While the game is open, it sends us:

What it doesn't collect

No names, email addresses, phone numbers, contacts, photos, voice, precise location, or advertising identifiers. The game has no accounts, no chat, no ads and no in-app purchases, and it asks for no permissions.

Why

Only to make the game better: to see which levels players breeze through and which they get stuck on, how long they play, and when something goes wrong. We look at these records ourselves. They are not used for advertising, not used to contact anyone, and not used to track anyone across other apps or websites.

Where it is kept, and for how long

The records are stored on our server, run for us by Fly.io in the United States. Nobody else gets them. We keep them for as long as they help us improve the game, and delete them sooner if you ask. Finding a place from an IP address is done on our own server with the DB-IP database; no data is sent to DB-IP.

Children

Sheep and Dog is made for all ages, including young children. The game never asks a player who they are, and the records described above aren't used to contact a child, to show them ads, or to build a profile of them. A parent who would like a child's records deleted can write to us at any time.

Your choices

Changes

If what the game collects changes, we will update this page and its date.
